What is Gestione Incassi?
Gestione Incassi is a cloud platform for daily cash management. It lets you record revenue, track transactions, and generate reports from PC, tablet, or smartphone.
How do I access the platform?
You can access it from any browser at app.gestioneincassi.cloud, or through the native app for iPhone and iPad available on the App Store.
Do I need to install anything?
No. The web platform runs entirely online, with no installation required. The iOS app is optional and can be downloaded from the App Store.

Languages and devices

How many languages is it available in?
The interface is available in 13 languages: Italian, English, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, Romanian, Latin, Esperanto, Venetian, Chinese, Ukrainian, and Albanian.
Can I use it on multiple devices?
Yes. You can access it from any device connected to the Internet. Data syncs in real time across all users.

Account and subscription

How do I sign up?
Go to app.gestioneincassi.cloud and click "Sign up". Fill in the required details and you can start your free trial right away.
How long does the free trial last?
The free trial lasts 30 days with all features enabled. No credit card required.
Can I change plan?
Yes, you can change plan at any time from the subscription section of your account.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards and PayPal via Stripe. Payments are secure and PCI DSS certified.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. The service stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
How do I recover my password?
From the login page, click "Forgot password" and you'll receive a recovery link via email.

Features

How do I record a payment?
From the dashboard, click "New payment", enter the amount, type (income/expense), payment method, and an optional description.
Can I separate income and expenses?
Yes. You can record income (Income) and expenses (Expense) separately for a precise view of your cash flow.
What payment methods can I record?
Cash, card, bank transfers, and custom methods you can create yourself based on your business needs.

Advanced features

Can I export my data?
Yes, you can export your data in CSV or Excel format from the reports section.
How do I manage my team?
From the Users section you can invite collaborators, assign roles (admin/operator) and manage access permissions. Every recorded payment stays linked to whoever entered it, so you always know who did what.
Is there a calendar view?
Yes, you can view all transactions on an interactive calendar for an immediate monthly overview.
Do I receive notifications or reminders?
Yes, directly in the app: subscription renewal reminders and other important alerts arrive via the notifications bell, available in all supported languages.

Security and privacy

How is my data protected?
Data is protected with SSL/TLS encryption, JWT authentication, and automatic daily backups. Our servers are in Europe and GDPR compliant.
Do you perform backups?
Yes, we perform automatic daily backups of all data to ensure maximum security and service continuity.
Who can see my data?
Only the users you've authorized on your account can see your data. We never sell or share your information with third parties.
Can I request deletion of my data?
Yes, in accordance with GDPR you can request complete deletion of your data by contacting us at privacy@gestioneincassi.cloud.
